Bonus gravy
Wow...this is a first. I've posted the comic kinda early. I even had some time to go and do a little tinkering with the website, and I'm not tired at all. Though, I probably should go to bed.
But yes. A new Action Gravy! I really didn't know what direction we were going to take with this semi-spinoff we have going here until we came up with this strip. Hopefully, we can maintain the feel of today's comic with future Action Gravy comics because I think it's exactly what I had in mind.
I was put in the mood to do this comic today because my boss loaned me his copy of Batman: The Long Halloween yesterday. If you're a fan of the Dark Knight graphic novels, I'm sure you may have caught the numerous references so far in the few Action Gravy strips. I'm a huge fan of the Batman series. I'm about halfway through TLH, and I'm really liking it. It reminds me a lot of Batman: Year One though it feels a bit less grounded. That was the great thing about YO. It seemed entirely possible.
Another comic on Friday. Boy, you kids are lucky. When I was little we didn't even have webcomics.

Omar and I would totally love to do the merchandising thing, and we have some really good ideas. However, I'm pretty sure we're going to wait until we have a larger readership. So tell you friends!

See, I'm all about the stuffed plushie dolls. I really want a Bobbo doll, bad. Maybe that's just me being girlie.
The goal: To someday quit our jobs and do this full time and drown everyone in expensive merchandise and then to kill each other on the roof of a mansion over some squabble over the character rights.

I'd actually given some thought to selling the rights to Omar, but that would indirectly give away 50% of Space Monkeys. So no go on that deal.
I'm suing for custody of Meany and visitation rights to any zombies that may appear in the comic.

Don't worry Omar, just cause he's got rights on Bobbo, doesn't necessarily mean he has rights on all of Bobbo. I'm sure you can still snag Rick James Bobbo or possibly Napolean Dynomite Bobbo! Remember, there are always loop holes...

We grabbed it before it was even a comic. No such luck on "Space Monkeys" as a domain, though.
Huh. I knew Space Monkeys was already taken (the site with that name sake is kinda disappointing actually, especially because Bobbo Boobs don't exist there), but I'm glad action gravy is under your control. Although the proposition of Action Gravy as a porn site is pretty amusing. Maybe that's just me. (Just kidding)
